Service Description

Class may include practices from any Hatha style of yoga (Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini) as well as Qigong. Fusion is based in yoga's Koshic model (physical, energetic, mental, wisdom and bliss). All levels are welcome!
